Default Depressed on a sunny day

Im feeling alone and depressed. It's sunny and hot and everyone's glad, but I just can't seem to find joy. I need to eat, but want to nap.
I haven't had thoughts of harming myself in a few days, but I feel so hollow right now that I am having thoughts.
I want to keep posting, keep replying, keep reading here on this site. It seems the only hopeful thing to hold on to in this moment.
