Massive amounts of self-pity and fatigue are hard to take. I'm tired of this.

Remember the sun will shine again and that's for real and also metaphorically.

I feel very fortunate to live in a climate where there is no real winter and even if it rains for months it's still warm and it's not freezing cold and hard to get around to do things. I think if I lived in a temperate zone, I'd be feeling blue for half the year.

I was reading some posts this past week about Seasonal Affective Disorder and also about the light therapy that is being used to help combat the seasonal blues. I know mrsD has a light visor and I was reading some research online about how effective they can be for so many people when it's cold and dark for so long.

I think I will leave our plates in the cabinets......

will resolve to throw an imaged plated to the ground..... less mess.
