I'm so sorry Eva
I can only hope that she keeps trying and one day it will stick. I can't imagine what your granddaughter really thinks or feels about her mother and the situation you all find yourselves in. It must be very confusing and painful for her. Has she ever been to a therapist to help deal with her feelings? These feelings will follow her into adulthood. You have no doubt experienced more of your share of pain and suffering during your lifetime. I know you can never truly let go because of the damage that has been done, but please try your best to live in the present and look towards the future more. I know that your life now, and your prospects for the future, aren't ideal either, but it is better than living in all the pain all the time. It must be so overwhelming… please don't let it consume you You deserve to have a life of your own and to pursue some happiness |
