I'm so sorry you're in so much pain Lara. I was thinking about you the other day when we had a harvest moon. It's a long story and I'm tired but I'll tell you why I thought of you. I hope this trip away does you some good.

Lara, I checked out the website and I really enjoyed looking at all of the wonderful, colourful birds!

I hope your pain has subsided and that you really enjoy your retreat. It really sounds like a cool place!
