I am ticked no I am past ticked I guess then am tocked huh lol.
My hub doesn’t use cpap mask and he is suppose to every time he sleeps or naps because
He stops breathing and he snore so jet engine loud.. and I am so very very tired and sick to death of hearing that sound it is just to much like my dad when he had massive heart attack and died in front of me. It’s like living that over and over. I am ticked .I don’t not understand how it can be true that a person snoring so fr… ummm so head shaking loud that they themselves don’t wake up. That they don’t even hear themselves. And I am ticked off at myself and how I cant get past this frustration and anger. I should be okay BMW it’s a medical condition like your face pain its not his fault it doesn’t matter. But I can’t get there. I am stuck in ticked off. And that makes me more ticked off. It has made a huge void. I think of not using mask, as a slow way of killing oneself. if one knows they stop breathing when they sleep. And that hurts and when I hear that snoring it ticks me off
And since my crash and all that depressing difficult life changing things. Which I thought he was right there going threw all the same exact things I guess I have changed in big ways and it is silly for me to honestly think 2 people will or can or do go threw the same exact thing and have it affect them the same exact way. That is kind of silly to believe isn’t it? Ha ha haaa. Then I am ticked cus I really just want him to care about things, himself family me us. And I get ticked cus he is snoring right now and I want to cement the mask to his face and turn it on so he will actually be resting and breathing all night and not be so grumpy and maybe wear a smile tomorrow. Not that I can’t make him smile but ya know what I mean … it is just left me neck deep in ticked gear. Why do I care if he doesn’t care tick… tick Why should I care he isn’t tock tock... And at least he sleeps how fair is that tick tick
This is all a waste of time being angry and wasting emotions and time and thoughts and worry and talking but not being heard…
Hey its funny how ticking is reminding me of an alarm clock. Lol
I think I will go tick tock to the stars out in the quiet.
Thanks for listening to me vent. I feel like a warm cuppa and the open sky out back .

BMW

I understand the snore thing, and I can understand you being tocked seeing said hubby won't wear the CPAP mask.

One wonders why they bother getting them in the first place if they don't intend to use them as instructed. But then.....they say that boys will be boys! Yeah....right!

My DH doesn't have a mask, and his snoring isn't usually too bad, but I must admit he did keep me awake last night. Mostly he only snores if he lies on his back, but my goodness....last night he must have been trying to outdo the trains!

Know that we understand BMW. Sending you hugz and hope that you get a good night's sleep tonight!

I give up.

Oh my...sounds like hugs are in order around here.

One of my daughters (not Bizi) has a husband that snores like that and she feels truly sleep deprived. I tell her that she's nicer than I am...I'd go sleep somewhere else..out of hearing even if it's the basement. Of course my first choice would be that he leave the bed and go sleep in the basement. *grin

Wren..I wish I were there to dry those tears.

argghh I do I do sleep in diffrent part of house I havent slept in same room for 2and half 3 years . I sleep in my happy chair. cus i cant lay on one side of face so I recline. anyways to me it is like slowly willingly killing himself and its like he is saying he dose not care. it ticks me off how he dose not even hear himself . and when I taped the snoring he got really mad at me. told me instead of taping him I should care more and help. I went back n forth insurance to apria to mayo clinic he got sleep test and cpap. arghhh I am angry at me too why cant I just be accepting . why dose it get my goat so much. what if I didnt keep trying and fighting myself for myself to get better to find controll for my pain to get off my meds and try experimental neuro stimulator. what if I didnt care? who would care if I did or didnt care? who cares ya know?????????????? its like hey you stop breathing every time you sleep your brain dose not get the oxygen your not actuly geting rest you are struggliing for air and not sleeping at all here use this mask it will stop that problem .but there it sit. and it tickes me off that when we take a trip he will bring it and use it and not have to much problem so what is that supose to be telling me? That I dont matter and he dose not care . Tells me I am supose to sit by and watch, listen to him slowly kill himself cus thats what a wife dose ????????????????????????????????????????????????
w.t.f. is that after 22 years of marriage?????????????????????
and when I say this to him he just throws me smoking cigs in my face. and says that is the same thing. so arghhh I am stuck just stuck in ticked off overdrive. I am sorry really I am just stuck !!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW DO YOU GET PAST THAT? PAST BEING ANGRY AND BE ABLE TO ACCEPT AND NOT BE ANGRY ANYMORE???????????????????????????????
every night I want to go in there and scream in the loudest voice I can make ..STOP SNORING WAKE UP AND PUT THE MASK ON.
I am sorry for venting so much it dose not even seem to be helping much at all venting about it.but at least ya all know why I am angry and brooding.
Thanks everyone. I did sleep from 3 :30 to 5:30

PEACE TO ROOM

I am so sorry BMW...that's down right mean of him! Have you tried ear plugs? Running a fan on high? These are all things my daughter does and she still hears him. ~sigh
