((Alffe)) From the time you told us about your niece, I do and will continue to say hello when I get the chance to make it out to the shoreline. IMO, nothing beats a sunrise off the shores of Lake Michigan - especially after a rough night.

When my best friend was dying, she never got to have a big wedding. Therefore, she wanted a huge funeral with a VERY long train (funeral procession). It was a thrill to see she got what she wanted. I drove behind her family and looked into the rearview mirror. The funeral procession seemed to go on forever. The local radio station even featured her favorite artist that day, Annie Lennox/Eurhythmics. It was just by coincidence, but who knows - maybe Terri Hemmert appreciated Cris as much as Cris appreciated her.

BUT, she and I used to take walks along the lakefront and she also had a favorite spot. She told me if I ever want to visit her after she goes, to visit here there at the lakefront.

Knowing my friend, she's probably showing your niece a good time. She taught ME how to fly when we were kids (jump from her roof to her neighbor's roof).

KATHY M

for you and your friends memory http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VeI9c9Uvlrs

Kathy i work in a homeless hostel and have done for 6 years, prior to that i worked for social services, caring for adults with learning disabilities.

one gent whom i classed closer to me than any fiend or relative was a 70 year old blind gentleman with hydrocephalus: [he had a large disfigured head, had a hunch back and one leg shorter than the other, and did not speak]

But to me he was a star.............had..the best sense of humour ive known, and was loved by so many people. There are people who can care and do care for people who the majority class as hideous.

Homelessness is another subject...its not always the individuals fault circumstances are the key............life can be great then.........bang new circumstances...........new life.............

Equally some choose homelessness, [though choice is often misguided through addictions/mental illness/pride/stubborness]

There is a thing called self for filling prophesy............if you keep seeing it ...it will happen eventually

Instead of seeing destitution in your future...see hope.. see care.. see a home... see love...see support..................IT WILL HAPPEN IF YOU VISUALISE IT ENOUGH I PROMISE YOU.

David
