Default Lifesavers...AFSP Newsletter
I received my newsletter today and was thrilled to read that the AFSP has received a grant from Reader's Digest Foundation. They plan to use the funds to train and educate volunteers from across the country on launching effective suicide prevention programs.

In Nov.Readers Digest, Virginia Cervasio shared her personal story on the loss of her son.

There was also an interesting article about the risk factors associated with postpartum suicide attempts.
