Ratatouille the food, not the rat although I love that rat also....

the Ratatouille I had was soup based (not very soupie but enough liquid)

cooked down and as you know, they call it peasant food...not like they showed it in the movies. LOL I had it with crusty french bread that crunched to the touch and you can hear the air popping as you broke the bread...

and I had a piece of sausage, I think it was a type of pudding. With blood in the center. LOL (the blood is half cooked and became sauce for the pudding(sausage) as you cut into it)

it was really good....gosh, I am making myself hungry....
Im too hungry !!!!!!!! I want to go back to Belgium so badly !!!!!!!

BTW, Im going to steal your siggy pic.... It is sooooooo pretty and at the same time... BLUE !
