I've learned that I'm terrible at multi tasking but that doesn't make me a bad person...

I've learned that if you spread yourself too thin, you'll run dry...

I've learned to be quiet and patient. I don't need to fill the silences..

I've learned not to speak for people who are overcome with emotion..

I've learned that silence is as important as anger and sadness...
