the very first thing on my plate right now is that I need come in here and tell you all how awesome you all are...

your kindness and your warmth and your love. I am always saying I wished I said this more or that more and such.

well, today, I am saying it. YOU ALL ARE DA BOMB (that's a good thing. )

I have my temp neck brace and it's helping! Have my salonpas patch on my hand. And the cymbalta has been calming my nerves a bit. I also wear knee braces on both knees and have an elbow brace. LMAO.....

going to try and get some project done. I look like Frankenstein/Mummy. I might get moss to take a photo of me. All patched and wrapped up. I am also getting very good at typing with 8 fingers...

gosh, I feel like myself except that I am all wrapped up!!

My next project is to build these kids bunk beds. Am going to draw out the plan today after I finish my clients project for the day.

I hope you all have a wonderful wonderful day and the next few days....

and how you all lift each other up as well as us up....

Hey Moi, do you have room for 2 loft style beds?

That is what we had for GrandMonkey. It sure saves floor space...and boy do kids take up a lot of that. He never had a problem with ladder. I will say he still loves to swing from the bars under it.

Or try and make storage under the bottom bunk. They toys will end up there any ways. Might as well be in bins or drawers.

Fun times!!

Did Taffy give you your Barbie back?

hey sis,

I think so. I have to play with the dimensions.

The room is 10'X11' approx. But when I designed the house, we talked about lots of sunlight, so I put a lot of windows in the room so the wall spaces are kinda minimized. but we can work around that.

these are few of the ones I am looking at from Rooms to go for kids. I think I can build them, maybe not as pretty nor as sohpisticated. Going to break it down using cad and draw it out. LOL
but I think we'll be able to save some pretty pennies...

maybe I'll do a poll and see what everyone thinks...ROFL....

ps, I'll need to borrow your feet to help me type. one advantage of being a monkey....

Thumbs up

I do like the stair feature. GrandMonkeys is metal and the ladder is built into it. (ladders need to be really secured on and not moveable, they are stragulation hazards...watch those cords on mini blinds too..)

Kids need help fixing their bed and changing sheets...was not fun for me..fun for family to watch.

Keep thinking space saving and storage.

If I were a kid....I would like the 2nd. one w/the steps. That's really kewl & ya don't lose any storage as each step is utilized with drawers! I agree w/Curious.

I want one too!lol

Hi Moi, we had similiar bunkbeds like that for our kids. It was handy that they each had one since we always had kids spending the night. ( I really miss those days)

Anyway the second one looked the safest since the steps are angled and they dont have to climb over the top. You room is the same size as ours and it will be all bed so yes storage is key.

What's on my plate today??? I am getting a haircut with some highlights...come on summer

Hi everyone, hopefully summer will come soon for you too...Sue
