I have actually been looking for a good pastry recipe. More of a danish or something like that. Venturing out of my comfort zone.

I had planned on making a chocolate angel food cake. It's easy..super low fat and yummy, but I noticed some of the teflon flaking in my angel food pan. Not good. Could I use a bundt pan?

Alffe...do you like zucinni?

I'll post a recipe today for a zucinni pizza. The crust is the zucinni. Kind of like a thin quiche crust. It's easy and ohhhhh...so good. I'll post the basic recipe...then what I do to it. I can never leave a recipe alone.

I thought maybe all those creavices in the bundt pan would make it stick or not rise. I'll try it.

The cookies look nice, but where is the hot chocolate? We are doing taxes again. Then, I have to keep the strength and courage to see a lawyer...

Putting Kalani's heartworm medicine on her. She squirms, LOL...I wonder if I could get Moi to help me out

Keeping up my two mile walk, and I am going to have a hard work-out at PT to make sure I am strong enough for my last snow-boarding trip to the mountains on the weekend. It will be a family trip as my baby sister is moving away

Where did you post the pizza crust recipe and how did the cake turn out Curious? I've been making Mexican corn soup w/shrimp and boy does it smell good.

Abbie can you smell it? *grin
