Hi BlueMajo You could say it's a package deal. They can all interact according to who we are. You can have a panic attack, and then be depressed about it wondering when is it going to happen again.

When you feel like you are going to have one, take a deep breath. See if you can distract it. Read Isaiah 41:10. Meditate on that verse. I read what you said in the Santuary,so I feel comfortable talking about Bible verses. BF

I know ! it is like a circle of things, all connected... more than a circle, a net of things that cooperate among them... oh, how complex....

Oh yes BF ! I like to read the Bible actually... even when it makes me cry most of the times...

Aint it tha truth! Years ago they use to call these things,"a complex". That it is,very complicated.

I'm glad that you read the Bible. I've read it all the way through. A foundation of strength should arise in you. I've cried while reading the Bible. Deep, calls to deep, and there's a deep work happening in your heart when you read the Bible, and it touches your heart like this. BF

He will never leave you,nor forsake you.

That other verse Is.41:10 is a powerful one isn't it. I've stood with that verse in my mind though challenges, weakness, and fear. BF
