Hi,
I was recently diagnosed with several Tarlov cysts on my spine. I am confused because I read that they thrive in an acidic diet, then recently I read the opposite that they thrive in an alkaline diet. Does anyone know which ph is best. Also, has anyone had any luck with L-tyrosine? Also, my right foot had been in pain with any long walking, exercise in general. Trying so hard to stay in shape but seems hopeless anymore. Neurologist said not connected, but I am really starting to wonder if connected to the cysts. I am 65 years old and just found out when I went for an mri for constant sciatica. Pain mostly below my waist and leg and feel lopsided. Heel pain cramp in same right side foot. Any advice, similar experiences appreciated. |
