HI RSD sucks, and welcome!

I am not sure if you saw her earlier post. she did call the phone company, and they did have some salesmen canvasing the area. They told her they normally have ID on them, and the man must have parked further up the street and walked all the houses in his area. It seems he was legit.

We have all cheered because we cant be too careful. NYC or backwoods Idaho, they have nutballs in every city.

You made a good point, anyone who represents a utility company MUST carry ID with them.
