My friends think its hysterical that about 3 pm, I want a nice warm bath, and my comfy jammies. I am not about to go out to movies, or benefit suppers around town. I am gonna laze about in my home, and vegetate. I simply cant get out of my own way past 3. I wake about 7 so I am not up with the chickens, but I am not sleeping late either. I do my best work between 10 and 12 noon. After that, its all down hill.

So good to be 'near' people who understand.
I'm starting a downhill slide at the moment. I'm very slow, stiffness and leg pain, lots of sofa time, takes thought and an effort to lift arms.

I don't want to get used to any of it. I've had enough. I want this to stop now.

I get up by 7, when kids get home at 2:30 (they start at 7:15), I can barely get myself up for them. Next year is College, looking forward to nap time being longer. By 1:30 I'm down for my nap, good hours over. Watching TV in bed by7:30 until sleep time 10 or 11.

I want it to stop too!

I never know if or when I'll be able to sleep, how awake I'll be, if I'll be able to get anything done. What I CAN count on is every fall, Iit gets worse, less sleep, more fugue more pain. It seems like I've tried every trick in the books.

But I can't give up, gotta keep looking for that magic fix, as if it's right around the corner. Maybe I'll never be fixed, but there has to be a way to be better than this. I am NOT resigned to living the rest of my days like his, no siree!

Isn't that the truth, B2Y! I don't think there is any getting used to it. Some days are better than others.

I am up by 6:30 and by 10:00 a.m. I start my downward slide ending in a nap some time between 11 and 1 depending on the day and how hard I push myself to stay awake. After a 2 hour nap, I am up and ready to go but start that downward slide again between 5 and 7:00 p.m. and then off to bed between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m. No night time news for this girl. LOL It seems like every 4 hours I have to nap/sleep.
