I never use gel/liquid soaps because they too have sodium layrl sulfate or sulfites as one of the first ingredients on the label. They use that stuff to degrease garage floors! its VERY harsh on a girls skin. I switched back to bar soaps and havent been happier. I love the fatted soaps, or the shea butter ones.

What happened to the shampoo? did you throw it out?
