![]() someone didnt study the right materials for their test/homework. Maybe they need to carry around a Pocket Constitution? (I have one! carry it in my purse. ![]() and how the heck do you legislate a "clean and stable environment"?? I doubt that's something you could write an amendment for...

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. I'm beside myself when I keep seeing evidence of COLLEGE students without a basic command of the English language, or a clue as to what they're reading.
Don't get me started on the BRB, c u later, KWIM stuff. Grrrr.
