Default Earthquake

I hope no one here lives around the earthquake area in southern California/northern Mexico. I hope everything goes OK. I always read on the usgs.gov daily and there have been something like 70 aftershocks since.

Shelley, please check in!

I don't know any other members who live in the area, but we must have several.

I live in one of Australia's smaller cities, and our TV news were broadcasting the earthquake as happened ... scary!

Hoping and praying that everone is OK ... no loss of life, and minimal structural damage.

Thanks, I didn't know. I didn't read a paper or watch TV to see this. How awful. So many people are having flood, earthquakes, mudslides, and other natural disasters. All the rain, with the rivers and lakes overflowing. Makes me feel to so sad for those people who endure this so often.

I saw this on the news this morning. So sad. This is happening way too often it seems.

Even though these disasters are happening, almost, daily around the world, not to mention the suicide bombers in the mid east, I never take it in stride. IT always devistates me, when I think of the loss of humanity..

My prayers, again, go out to all of the people, there.

I live in SoCal...and was actually an hour south of my house yesterday - so we TOTALLY felt the quake hit...it was big....the ground was definitely moving...but everyone was okay. There doesn't seem to be damage reports in SoCal, not that I have seen, so that is good. I think up where I live most people did not feel anything.

Hey guys,

I am AOK! Was in the car during the quake and did nto feel a thing although many people did feel it. We had lots of triggered quakes from this including one in the city I live in that was a 4.0.

Fun stuff!
