Wow. I don't even know what else to say Cindy. Well, I do know what to say but can't say it here
 .I'm so sorry you're dealing with all of this incompetence! I've been having my share of problems with my landlord and this carpy house I'm living in. My family room (where the tv is) is 84 degrees with a/c set on 77! I feel for ya! It's great that you're able to advocate for the other residents  . I hope things get straightened out for you sooner rather than later.
