Thanks, Sal, it's a daily battle and I've certainly lost my share of them. I'm blessed to enjoy the benefits of forward thinking and have taken comfort in the notion that this is just a temporary situation.

I honestly think that I was put here to advocate for the other residents, many of whom, cannot or are afraid to get the upper management on board.

Wow. I don't even know what else to say Cindy. Well, I do know what to say but can't say it here .

I'm so sorry you're dealing with all of this incompetence! I've been having my share of problems with my landlord and this carpy house I'm living in. My family room (where the tv is) is 84 degrees with a/c set on 77! I feel for ya!

It's great that you're able to advocate for the other residents . I hope things get straightened out for you sooner rather than later.

You straighten them out sister! I'm glad you've found the good side of this situation, you'll turn things around 180 degrees before you finish with them. Those other residents are blessed to have you there!
