Default What do you want from Santa?

Ok, so Thanksgiving is over. The Black Friday madness is going on as I type, I thought I would be the first to open an "all I want for Christmas / Hanukkah this year?

For me, I really don't "need" anything, I could "want" a lot of things. I am very fortunate in life (except this stupid disease). I plan on doing at least some volunteering this holiday season. My family are going to a local homeless shelter one day in December to help feed the guests there.

As for wants. I want a long lens, 70-300 for my Canon DSLR. I have had the camera for a long time and am doing more photography off of full auto and really having fun, I would like to be able to take better pic's with a better lens.

I won a free family membership at the Phoenix Zoo from the MS society this year by raising the most money in the blitz before the walk, and want to take lots of pic's of the animals.

Other than that, nothing comes to mind. oh, one more thing, I want an "Entertainment" book. The white ones that look like little phone books. It gives 2 for 1 deals on everything and anything, perfect for us as we are a couple and can eat out/ go to movies/ etc cheaper. http://www.entertainment.com/discount/home.shtml

So, what to you want Santa to bring you??

Default Hello Earl!

Hello, I thought you really wanted that scooty thing last week. I already told Santa to get you the Scooty thing! There is only one string attached, I get to move in your warm AZ home! I left you a message in an old post. Me, I just want to see my Son for Xmas. Christmas to me has always been around good friends and good food. That's all I need! Being, I did pull of Thanksgiving for 15 yesterday w/Mom's help. I just hope Mom's helping at Xmas too! My Son's ticket from Wichita Falls has already been bought so I know he'll be here too! You sound like a pretty high-tech person w/ those fancy toys? Hugs, WTR Nymph

Your reply reminded me of something else I want. I want my daughter and granddaughter to come visit.

I want an LED TV for my bedroom, but I want it bigger than my current one. my vision is so bad that I think the larger TV would be easier on my eyes. Other than that, I think a doggie to train as my companion animal would be nice, but I must wait for Jack to be all the way better first.

Default St. Augustine FL!

Hello Friends, I did a liitle research many years ago, before I embarked on this adventure of pain and docs, OOhh wrinkles, There is this place called the fountain of youth in St. Augustine FL. Well, there are alot of these fountains of youth, but they all have this name, Augustine on them? I'm headed there and I'm not rich, I'm poor as a Church Mouse, heck, I am asking Earl for a warm place to live for a while. My Son has announced he'll be living in Valdosta GA. I found a ride there on one these boats headed coming from MASS to FT. Lauderdale. Cause you know all the snow birds are headed South. While coming back from my Neuro visit, the other day, I said hey, I could just tuck all my stuff in the V-Berth, of all them hermetically sealed boats. Well, I have a hard, hard decision to make now! Move in w/Earl in AZ or leave thease ten horses, 3 PSYCHOTIC CAts!!!. One Donkey, One Cattle Dog and a 70 yr. old man on this 16 freezing acres. Hope everyone had a wonderful THANKGIVIVING!, as my MOM and I pulled off! Most of all, I PRAY TO GOD, SHE CAN HELP ME XMAS. I want my Mom, most for Xmas, Hugs, WTR Nymph

See, Sally? This is what happens when you don't get up at 1am for the Black Friday sales.
