Default Saw Some Robins Yesterday!!

I couldn't believe my eyes...I saw 6 robins yesterday...in single digit weather no less!! Barb said she's seen them all winter in mid-Illinois...
are these birds dumb, or are they trying to tell my neck of the woods that the groundhog was correct? I hope it's the latter!!

It's only February but bird songs sounds a little different, new voices. I have hope Spring will come.

I am SO ready for Spring. I heard cardinals singing yesterday morning. Haven't seen any robins yet but hopefully soon.

Wow, that is an early return for them. Hey they may be part of the fat little flock that are eating about 4 lbs of seed each week at my place! I saw 10 robins sitting on my fence 2 weeks ago, waiting for their turn at the feeder. The 6 doves had first picking.

It must be a good sign, to see them so early.
Not a peep from them in my yard yet..
