But...I wonder how long I'll have to live with men (34 years so far, counting both husbands) before I truly get it through my head that A) they don't want to tell you what they're thinking and B) they don't want to know what you're thinking, either.

Mine never wanted to know what I was thinking.......until he thought I was thinking something and not telling him! Makes no sense. But all I had to do was become elusive and he was all up in my business!!

Just for the record, that wasn't meant to be a man-bashing post...I love my husband, and my ex-husband wasn't a bad guy...I'm just a really, really slow learner when it comes to the fact that men and women are different animals.

I miss my DH like crazy sometimes, but am so glad not to have that STRESS, anymore..

I became single for the second time on Easter of 09 after 23 years. Both of mine got booted by me, I talk you don`t listen? You`re working your own way out the door. If you expect me to listen to you? say something other than I want this, like how do you expect it to be paid for?

For #2 it was what part of "if you cheat, you`re gone " didn`t you understand?

My kids wonder why I am happier than they have ever seen me? I am free!
