my two tree branch expert cousins both have joined the sites you mentioned and the tree is very extensive, almost as good as it is going to get. I helped with a part of it.

We know who may have the photo. My grandfather's second wife had it and when she passed, everything went to her son and he did not like her. I do not even know his name, just her married name prior to marrying my grandfather. I am not even sure if the son is still alive.

The picture was taken in Russia, probably around the end of the 1800's. Old photographs are so interesting, what is worn, family resemblance. No one looks like my father. My mother's gene pool must have been too strong!
