Me, too, Tricia. That, combined with poor vision, can lead to quite an interesting look when I'm finished!

I wear eye makeup so infrequently that, invariably, I forget I have it on and rub my eyes!

LOL I've done that too!

On a funny note, sometimes when we are going out and DD21 is driving, I will put my make-up on in the car. I always wait until we are at a stop light to do it. Well, several times, DD21 would wait until I was doing my liner or lipstick and ease off the break and then pushes the break again, just enough to jerk the car a little bit. Little BRAT! We always laugh about it as I end up with a funny streak of liner or lipstick. I tell her that is not a cool joke to play on someone with tremors. She hasn't done it in a while. Thank goodness.

I do that to my mom too. She always waits till she's in the car to put lipstick on. (only kind of makeup she wears) I cant stand the smell of the makeup and wish she'd do it in the house in the bathroom instead of in my car. (I'm allergic to the lipstick, and I think that includes the smell too)

So, yeah, I'm a little evil and will tap the brakes a couple of times while she's putting lipstick on. She doesnt wait till the stoplight.

Don't think I have MS, although it is currently being ruled out

Like most of you, I don't apply much makeup nowadays. I used to wear lots before I was ill as a pre-teen as I always wanted to keep up with friends and the latest trends, didn't want to look horrible for school etc. Now I still wear some every day just to stop me from looking like a ghost lol but I only wear a bit of foundation, mascara and lip gloss. I don't go out as much as I used to so really don't see the point in making too much effort! The strain of putting makeup on tires me out and makes me feel really ill! It sucks not being able to do the simpliest of tasks at times!

The only time I really wear lots of makeup is when i'm going out for a special occassion. I'm going on vacation in 20 days but never wear much abroad as the makeup always ends up being a different colour to my skin, lol!

Who here cant stand perfume anymore??

I took my mom out for breakfast this morning, and some schmuck decided she had to freshen up her perfume by spritzing herself in the middle of the restaurant. Not. happy. at. all. Feels like I got maced.

Ended up having to leave the restaurant before I finished breakfast.

It's been a couple of hours and I can still smell it, even tho I took a shower after getting home.

Perfume, nope! I can't wear it anymore. I had so much of it too.
Gifts from the past working years too. I found all of the scents overwhelming.

I had to give it away to some pre-teenager girls, four sisters. The family has very little money. I asked their Mom first.

I also gave them my last LR couch and chairs too. They had holes in theirs and it was second hand when they got it. I gave them tons of girlie things, like nail polish. Lots of stuff I have doubles of too.

interesting... make up... I do recall the concept

wore it in high school--the 60's... 70's = hippie = no more make up

perfume...omg, even little smells can create a giant headache so no perfumes either

so no make up now for the majority of my life... now, if they had a make up that removed fat, I'd be all over it
