Yesterday DS Chris & DDIL Dawn, visited me from Virginia. What a treat to see them. We had fun visiting.

Today DD Julie and GKs little AJ, Johnny and Olivia visited. It Always completes my week or should I say, begins my week with joy in my heart and a permanent smile on my face . Olivia took Pal for a walk while AJ and Johnny played and talked with Gramma and DD put my groceries away.. Lotsa hugs too.

This is the kinda stuff that keeps me going and answers my questions of, Why am I still here - who needs me??

I'm so glad you had a nice weekend, Sally. I love things like that, too. Just the simple stuff that I used to never stop and think about. Spending time with family, enjoying watching those we love have fun, just being with them. Things that I used to let pass me by unnoticed are now the things that bring me incredible joy.

Happy that you had a good day yesterday! The weather was beautiful here today -- a high in the low 70s. I have had my windows open all day and I am a little chilly now. I did a little shopping and had lunch out with a friend. The muscle spasms in my back are also improving. So yes, I had a good weekend too. And the best thing is that I am done with my summer class so I can get up whenever I want to tomorrow!
