As always, I enjoyed The Biggest Loser tonight. Santa Claus is one of the contestants!!!! It started out as couples but then in the first hour they went to singles! Theme is all about no more excuses.

I decided to resurrect this old thread since The Amazing Race started tonight. Apprentice started, American Idol is almost to its contestant stage. And of course Survivor. I am even watching Project Runway all stars.

Felt sorry for the girls who left tonight on AR. They had such high hopes for themselves but made some silly mistakes, the worst being walking right past Phil while trying to find him. The pair from Kentucky are just going to make a laughing stock out of Kentucky. My daughter lives there, we live right across the river. Kentucky is not that backwoods as these two guys are. I like the clown couple.

So sorry Santa had to leave TBL but some one has to. I guess he knew that his time was over and was ready to go home. Sounds like he is doing well there.

I hate Hollywood week in AI. The drama! Of course they had to have the flu bug going around. I was surprised that they had them go from Hollywood to Vegas.

I always love Project Runway. I would never wear any of most of the clothes they make I just love the personalities and how they change through out the show. But this is all stars and the personalities are even bigger! I do miss Heidi Klum.

I even get caught up in the simple competitions that Rachael Ray has on her shows!

I will be watching Survivor, but we already have a thread started for that and that is really all I'm watching??

I Used to like PR, but there is just too much Estrogen and very little, if any, Testosterone on that show. It's like watching a cat fight every week. And the outfits are getting weirder and weirder..

I will also watch some of AI, but not all of it.

Sorry, Doydie, just not interested in the other reality shows.....mostly because they're getting too unreal..:D

So what do you all think about American Idol? I just watched all of the men tonight and the first 3 ladies. I'll watch the rest of the ladies tomorrow sometime before the result show. I thought the men were fantastic. I loved that they brought the one guy back. I hope he wins it all! America needs a voice like his again.

I enjoyed most of the guys performances. My favs were the big dude..Jermaine, Colton with the funky hair!, Philip with guitar, and the kid from Louisana, I think the last name was Ledet.

The girls kinda left me unmotivated to vote. I won't say why until you've watched.

Thing about AI, I tend to vote for the contestant that I would probably buy their post- AI music. I've watched the last 5 years and only bought 1 so far.

Well I am done watching the women. The only one I really liked was the young girl that was really country. That isn't saying that I am most;y country but I liked her talent and her performance. It will be heartbreaking tonight to see so many eliminated

Well I finally caught up with all my shows! The final 13 is set now for AI. I know I am probably in the minority after reading on the AI forums but I really like Jermaine. I am so glad they decided to bring him back. I think he will bring in the older persons vote. I also like the young girl who sings country.

I was heart broken watching Biggest Loser. They went home for 18 days. That is really unusual for them and then Bob said he really liked the changes they made for the workouts so i guess that;s why they sent them home. They had to lose 5% of their body weight in order to have immunity. So one of the really nice younger guys who had been a favorite and was doing really well and really understanding himself as to why he was obese came short one pound of that goal and was automatically eliminated. His Dad tried to have them substitute himself instead but the young boy took him on and said that he didn't lose the weight and deserved to go home. So he really stepped up to the plate. I was proud of him.

Celebrity Apprentice

I missed last week's episode but the guy from Star Trek got eliminated. Does anyone watch it besides me?

SallyC 03-06-2012 12:05 PM

Anyone watching The Voice? That's been pretty good the last two weeks. It's getting down to the finals now.:)

I haven't stayed up on AI, will pay more attention this week. I wasn't nuts about Jermaine the 1st time, so will watch him closer too.

Been watching a little of Kitchen Nightmares too.

So far Survivor is boooooooooorrrrrrrring this season, but still watching, when I remember.;)

Carry on you junkies..:grouphug:

doydie 03-06-2012 02:24 PM

I watch Celebrity Apprentice. Yes, George is gone. He was a very learned man, so distinguished. But the way the show was edited he wasn't much of help and the only reason the group seemed to think he would do a good show was that he was gay. I like Arsenio and Penne.

I am glad that the girls finally won.
