So who watched AGT wild card show tonight. I just loved that comedien that 'roasted' Pierce. He really did his homework and I loved it when Pierce said he was funny.

I didn't watch it, but I'm rootin for the comedien, Doydie..:p
GTW, Jennifer won MC..yeaaaaa!! |
First of the quarter finals tonight on AGT. 12 acts, I'd say about 6 have a good chance at being one of the top five that go through. And for those that remember Prince Poppycock from last year, he is one of the guest performers tomorrow night.
I stopped watching Love in the wild just because I didn't like the pretext of the show after I started watching it but last week when my show I was watching on the DVR was over I turned it over to the network I was going to watch and LITW was just finishing. I knew it was the last episode so I watched the last 5 minutes. The couple that won the first challenge stayed together during all the couple switch up and bed switch ups and won it all. |
Expedition Impossible had finale tonight. It's like Amazing Race but yet it isn't. They stay in one country, no air flights, mainly extreme challenges. They started out with 4 teams left tonight, Football players who have learned a lot through out the show, Fab 3 which has done well physically but bicker so much they are impssoible to watch and root for, No limits which consist of a brother and brother and best friend who have all travelled together extensivley. One kicker is that one of the brothers is blind and the friend reinjured an old war injury which really impeded his walking much less running, and The gypsies which are used to extrmem traveling. They have come in first in all but one leg. The football players are eliminated early in the episode. So The Gypsies win it then No limits. I would have loved for No limits to win but the Gypsies played fair, they even gave up a reward of phone calls to hone to No Limits just because they felt it was right. The winnings was $150,000 and a Ford Explorer apiece. So they don't match up at all to the other reality shows but the challenges were really great.

The finals are going to be good for AGT. Quarter finals was on tonight, find out tomorrow night who the 5 groups to go through. One of the young acts was supposed to do this gymnast tumble through this ring of fire and hit the right of fire instead. I think the fact that there was absolutely no injury due to his fire proof suit takes away some of the thrill.
Contestants for DWTS announced yesterday. I haven't been able to find out who they will be dancing with yet. Some are interesting. Chaz, formerly Chastity Bono is one of them. As a side note one of Survivors favorite, maybe not mine, Rupert is going to run fro Governor of Indiana. He is siting his work with youth as his qualifications. I don't know if by saying that he is saying that working with youth will be the same as working with the state Senate. |
Survivor -- Cowboy Rick
http://www.cbs.com/shows/survivor/vi...ic-cowboy-rick
Check out "Cowboy Rick!" He is truly a cowboy and has a ranch just about 4 miles from me here in central Utah. I don't know him well, but I used to bowl with his wife. Also, she and I both worked at the same hospital. They are a good-looking couple -- she looks like an "Amazon" woman -- tall, blonde and pretty. Rick has tried out for this show for 14 years and finally made it! His wife wouldn't tell me how long he lasted, but I suspect he did very well. I've never watched Survivor, but I've stayed at the place in Manaus jungle (Brazil) where they filmed the first one. I'm counting on watching this season! |

HGTV has several reality shows on right now. Design Star is on, actually it's almost over. Tonight the second season of American Handyman or something like that started. It's funny that 2 Canadian guys are judging it. The started out with 29 people with handyman experience, gave them 2 pieces of plywood, 2 hours and told them to make whatever they wanted. These people made everything from an elaborate cradle to a wood box. 3 people went home and then the remaining people had to make a gate, that worked. 3 more people went home.
Next week starts Showcase showdown. They take what looks to be model homes and design them. |
AGT - I am enjoying this season, lots of good acts.
I was a bit disappointed in one of my faves Sillhouettes. Can't spell!. They seemed messy this time. Maybe it was the music choice. However, I could see this particular dance (?) as the first once and culminating in the America one they did last time I saw them. Too many dance acts, really. I have a love/hate relationship with DWTS!:) Nancy Grace?! Design star. Don't have a favorite. Seemed as if I had more dislikes of contestants than any I am rooting for. Can't wait for Survivor...:) |
Biggest Loser is starting soon also
