Default So I overdid it again.
Took the girls to a very nice state park today. We hung out, had a picnic lunch and took a half mile hike along the beach. It was gogeous!

And after that... they talked me into renting a paddleboat... which was brutal. I got soaked and I am burning in parts of my thighs that I didn;t even know I had.

Then I drove the hour home, did dishes, cooked dinner, did laundry....

Now I am pooped. BUT I am in such a good mood from being ABLE to do stuff. I miss these days.

It sounds like you had a wonderful day, even though you'll feel it for a while.

I remember AMN used to have a line in her signature that said: "For every day I choose to play, I set aside a day to pay." How apt that line is for most of us.

I am wide awake at 4am. WHY?? Dunno. Normally there is a snoring man involved with my middle of the night wake up calls but he is actually quiet tonight. I have been tossing and turning for the last 2 hours and now I am UP. Weird.
