The sad truth is that a couple of my favorite words are curse words.

However thanks to you gals I have discovered that I also love crisp and marshmallow! You have expanded my repertoire.

Visceral (as in, fat)

They showed a graphic of midriff fat (under the skin) from an overweight man on a doctor show the other day, or was it The Chew?? Anyway, it helps me to think of that when trying to lose a couple of pounds. That was my word of the day yesterday.

I love the word tissue, but only the way I pronounce it - similar to achoo, as in "Please hand me a tichoo" Whatever, it makes my niece giggle and my nephew roll his eyes.

I really love the word "exquisite." There's just something, well, exquisite about it.

I have never thought about this, but the first word that came to my mind was absolutely.

I like to find a reason to say "serendipity".

Walla Walla Washington is fun to say!

For some reason the word BURP always cracks me up. It just sounds so funny (and I don't mean the meaning of the word or someone actually burping, just how the word sounds).

I love the word crapulous, it means hungover and I always teach it to my college freshmen. I love it because they think that I made it up and are astounded to find out that it's a high level vocabulary word.
I also love convivial and bubbly or bubbles. Can you tell that I tutor SAT vocabulary words? I'm such a nerd!
