KA I have IE and I do that too but that does not get rid of your computer files cache, only gets rid of your temp internet files and cookies.

My inst. above are to delete your computer files cache. It's a different file that also slows your computer.

I use Google Chrome. I went ahead and emptied my cache on my laptop. I'm not really sure if it helped that much. I did some.I don't use my PC that much but I guess it wouldn't hurt to do it there also.
