Nope. Reason, because you are taking in such little calories, if you exercised, you would burn more calories than taking in and thats a bad thing. You can take a brisk 30 minute walk, but no jogging or anything like that. You can do yoga also.

You can buy it at walmart, but its not full strength. I get mine at YourHCG.com Its alittle pricey, but well worth it in my opinion.
