Well just got back from the grocery store. Got some small apples, pretzels, raisins and almonds. For once my Avonex has come in handy. 18 pretzels is one serving so I used those little bags to put 18 pretzels in. When I eat them I may also add the raisins or almonds whichever suits my fancy or eat them by themselves. Since I love pretzels so much I knew I had to separate them up front

Check calorie counts of raisins and nuts. Healthier, well yes, but not calorie free. Nuts also contain oils. As Sal says:everything in moderation.

Puffed Rice cakes good for filling you up with less calories.

I measure my raisin out when I eat them. As far as nuts, I want to get almonds and add them to my snack stash. My sister loves those Puffed rice cakes. She likes the caramel the best. But I can never find them. What section would they be in. The last ones I had tasted like drywall dust

I like rice cakes for botht he texture and crunch of popcorn. I happen to get the organic wild rice and organic (plain) rice versions at Harris Teeter - pretty cheap too. Hope this idea helps

I used to get a fat free dip for pretzels. Yummmm and not so dry. Fresh vegies in a FF dip, too. Nothing wrong with PC, in moderation, with ICBINButter spray or butter flavored crystals.
