Default lab work

I had my yearly physical in October and as usual I procrastinated on getting the lab work done that he ordered after. But I guess it turned out for the better. After my appointment with him I really ahve tried real hard to watch my calories and especially the carbs. And ALL of the lab work was good! Well the blood sugar was 109 but we were expecting it. But I can't remember when the last time I ahd a normal cholesterol and triglycerides. My lipid profile was wonderful. It made me feel really proud of myself. Plus I have lost 6 pounds since that appointment on the 18th
