Default Either having an MS day or it's my diet

I am so tired today. Would just like to sleep all day. I woke up really hungry. My blood sugar last night before going to bed was 80 so ate a fruit with my snack. I usually sleep until about 10:30 or 11 but woke up at 8 really, really hungry. So I ate a good protein breakfast and was able to go back to sleep for 3 hours. But I have just felt so blah all day. Normally I would just say I I am having an 'MS' day but lately lately I have felt really hungry. We were at my MIL nursing home and I had my husband go down and get me a bag of peanuts out of the vending machine. Normally I start feeling really alive around 8 PM so i am looking forward to that. Tonight I am supposed to meet the Mom of my daughters best friend that I have become friends with through face book. But we are meeting at midnight I hope I can make it

So...how about having some cheese slices or yogurt on hand? You need protein often so your insulin levels don't spike. But if you're in true low blood sugar you need to carry some of those bite sized snickers/etc bars to give you something to work with.
It's a long slow education process, but vital to regulating your metabolism...

Uh, the fat in the chocolate slows down the sugar. Better to carry glucose tabs, smarties or a smsall box of raisins. 80 is not low, but may feel like if your #s have been higher.
