Hi Doydie!! I didn't like that lil weasel Todd, but he DID play the game.
It was hard for me to root for anyone of them. I usually have a fave, but this yr, I couldn't latch on and root for one. Next season is some past Survivor players and Survivor "Fans". Did I hear that right??? |

All that watching, for those three to be the final 3, was not worth it. A lot of the good players got dumped. Stupid weasel Todd.:p Bah Humbug..:D

It is unfortunate that a big par of the game of Survival is the backstabbing. But Todd was strategist extrodinaire. I will give him that. I look forward to the new season with superfans and fanfavs. Can you imagine the likes of Ozzy and James up against guys like Yau Man. I hope all 3 of them are in it.
I'm also glad that Denise has made a formal apology. Now she needs to make it right with Mark Burnett. |

Did anyone watch the Biggest Loser last night? It was pretty good. Those people did amazing. I won't mention who won in case someone taped it and hasn't watched it yet... They are already taping the next season. |
I don't know how it can be that healthy to lose that much weight in 6 months. It's now been 4 days so I'll say who won. Of the eliminated players, Jim won the weigh in by losing 186 pounds. That was over 50% of his body weight! His twin brother who was a finalist won the contest by losing I think 178 pounds. I may be wrong on how many. It was about 49 % of his body weight. I thought it was funny that the guy who intentionally gained weight that one week and gained 17 pounds, lost the eliminated players weigh in by 5 pounds. He would have had to lose 216 pounds and he lost 211 pounds. Maybe if he hadn't have intentionally gained weight he would have won that $100,000.

It would be great to make a show about 6months to a year after to really see how they look. I thought losing that much weight in a short time is unhealthy. But I guess with that amount of money involved it gives them the determination to work hard to lose the weight. That's why it would be interesting to see them later.

:) Hi Doydie and Joyce,
I'm so glad you posted as my wife and I are real Biggest Loosers fans. With the "way" they are loosing weight the odds of it coming back and having adverse effects from the weightloss is next to nill. They are also constantly monitored by a professional medical staff. Remember a season or two ago a guy and girl who were both on the show and lost big came back after a year off the show, looked great, and even ended up getting married. How awesome is that? ;) We are not much into the other "reality shows" as we were spoiled after watching the original "Survivor" show. The rest just didn't have the excitement and charm of the first show. |
Hey Craig!! That was Suzie and Matt and I saw a pic of them in a magazine and they still had the wt off and were still together. Don't they all look SO different when they've lost so much wt?? They are taping the new season already... woohoo~~
This is for you Craig~~:santa: :santa: :santa: :santa: :santa: :santa: :santa: |
I'm looking forward to the new BL, it starts Jan 2nd or so. It will be couples. Not sure how they will be teamed up or what. I sure enjoy the show. Maybe with all that attention I could lose the weight I need too.
