So, tell me, Yappy one, if it works here, but not in another vBulletin board, would that be due to poor management? Power-happy administration?

could be.

if they have server issues or don't have much storage. afraid of crashing because graffics are taking up too much usage.

which is no problem here. doc takes excellent care of us.
