Hey everyone. We made it here to a beautiful 54 degrees. We left the Chicago area at -1 degrees and -35 below zero wind chill. Ugh, it's so nice here.

We went to my mom's going away party before we checked into the hospital. WOW! The place was packed with so many people who love my mom. She's coming here to the hotel tomorrow night to stay with us so I can take her to the hospital for check in Tuesday.

Thanks so much for your support! It means so much to me and my family. I wont be on much but promise to update on Wednesday after the surgery and I am back at the hotel. I may try to call one of you if I cannot post.
