Is there anything that can go right? I just got a call about a shooting at my son's college. Chris and Nik are fine but pretty shook up. One is going home and one to his grandma's possibly. I am sick to my stomach. :-(

Hi Sandy,

Try not to worry! We've been following it on the radio and the shooter is dead. There have been 16 taken to hospitals though, three were airlifted from Kish to Rockford Memorial.

The campus is closed through tomorrow. This is such a tragedy. I think it happened at Cole Hall in the auditorium?

Yes, that's where it happened. I am sick because the boys want to come home and we aren't there. I am talking to them now through instant message because the cell phones are clogged. They are both upset badly. Chris was in class when it happened and they were scared the gunman would come to their class. This is sick. Nik was supposed to go to class in that building later I think. It was behind Neptune Hall dorm.
