Very funny thread!

When you get up rushing around in the morning, make coffee and run back in the kitchen, can't wait for that hot cup of java and all you see is clear water because you forgot the coffee

(Am embarrassed to admit has happened more than once)

Right about now, Suzy's penguin in the lake is my younger brother....grrrr

You know it is the MS when like today I am trying to read the posts
and my eyes can't focus and I have a headache that feels like it is going
to explode.

You know today is a day that you will not be able to keep up with
your cyper family.

You know you have MS when:

you wonder why the full bottle of Coke you had on your desk pullout is now spilling out on the floor (maybe because you pushed the pullout back into the desk without realizing that you'd just set a full open bottle of Coke on it?)

you carefully take the glass baking dish out of the oven with a pot holder, turn around and get a spatula out of the drawer, and then grab the incredibly hot glass with your bare hand before taking the food out of the dish.

you sit down to do a particular task at work 1000 and look up at the clock and it's 2:30 and don't know what you've accomplished between

you forget whether you've fed the dogs or taken them out for a walk

you wonder why you have a headache at 7:30 p.m. and finally figure out that you forgot to eat anything all day

you know you have MS or at least memory issues....when the baby is only 9 months old...and at a family get together a bit ago...someone says...who are the Godparents....and I blank stare at them...and totally have no clue......

did I say my yoga class one..

you know you have MS...(even though the drs dont know lol) when you do a yoga class.....and succeed in balancing on one foot, for long time...with other leg stretched out behind me..and arms forward...so taht my body is making a T....with just one leg making the l .....then eventually overheat during class....so when walking out of class...start holding the wall for balance..... got some wierd looks that time....hehe

You think you left something at home that you need for a meeting this afternoon. So, from work you get in your car to go home and get it. Instead of going home which is on one end of town, you go to city hall, which is on the other end of town. WHen you walk in and are greeted you have no idea why you are there. So, you pretend to pick up your mail (when I go back later for a meeting they are going to wonder why I just didn't wait). So, you get back in your vehicle and go home. ONly to realize that what you went home to get was in your wallet the whole time. SO, you go back to work. When you sit at your desk you wonder what it was you were working on.

Guess that means I'm in for a rough day.

you know you have MS when...

you discover you are reading the computer screen with ONE EYE!!

and the other's squeezed tight shut, and you have NO idea how long you've been doing it!

except for... your eyelid feels sorta TIRED, so you're pretty sure it must be quite a while.

You know you have MS when.....

You're at work, sinking into your chair like a sloth, thinking, why am I so tired? I slept late yesterday? I had my infusion Monday, what's wrong with me?




Then a few hours later... EUREKA!!


You realize you forgot your caffeine pill.

At least I know I'll have a little jolt of energy pretty soon. :-)
