Thanks, everyone, I'm pretty pooped, but in a good way. Geez, it's freakin' cold here! My nose is peeling.

Here's the long awaited photo of Shelley (L), Corrine (R) and me (C) at the Coyote Grill in Carlsbad Village. We had a great time! Thanks again to Shelley for driving all the way down from L.A. (blech).

Just in case anyone has ever wondered, yes!, CA does keep all the good strawberries for themselves! It's among our traditions to acquire many and make meals out of them. Check these puppies out:

YUM!! I can't wait to get some fresh strawberries so I can make my springtime specialty - strawberry cheesecake!! It is to die for - if I do say so myself!! Totally from scratch - and gone in fifteen minutes!
