It's 14 degrees right now in SW Ohio. We had a mini blizzard yesterday and expecting more snow tomorrow. The lows will be in the single digits and the highs in the 20s, all week.

A strange and yet typical winter in SW Ohio.

I don't know which I hate worse...staying in because of the cold and ice in Winter or staying in because of the heat and humidity in Summer..

Checking Google Earth---
MMMmmm Nope! Even if I countinued to fly northwesterly arond the entire planet, I still wouldn't land anywhere near that big red rock God dropped in the middle of your desert or the Sydney Opera House, beautiful.

I would love to see your country, though. So go ahead and get the room ready. A gorilla sized, man-monster American with a nuerilogical disorder and hormonal imbalance renting your spare room? What would the neighbors think?

What would they think? ..

Probably...."Is that another of her ruddy relatives come to stay?" ..

*Note to self....."Get extra large king size bed in spare room when refurbishment happens!"

Currently, it is 10 degrees with a wind chill of 1 degree. For some reason, this is even more biting cold than last week when the WC was in the negative digits.

I am ready to jump off the nearest bridge.

I long to be able to stand outside long enough to get a few deep breaths of fresh air without risking frostbite.

I am tired of wearing all of these heavy clothes!!

I am tired of spending five minutes before each departure putting on coat, scarf, earmuffs, mittens, boots

..and of spending an additional five minutes taking it all off once you reach your destination.

I want to eat ice cream - outside.

I want to wear flip flops.

I want to feel the warmth of the sun on my face.

I want my back to ache from planting flowers instead of shoveling snow.....

Okay, is everyone ready to kill the person that asked how everything was in my neck of the woods!!
