Confused Why in the world?!

Why in the world would you volunteer to for a political campaign right in the middle of steroids. OMG....I think I'm just about nuts!!!!

I got a little over excited (which isn't a bad thing necessarily) but volunteered to be a Precint Captain. Do you know how hard it is to call & be NICE when you are on the crazy juice (steroids)? They'll probably vote a whole different party after talking to me.

Sorry, just needed a little break from the calls.

Anybody else got a Why in the world?!

P.S.-This is not a political thread.

I'm sorry, Michelle I just find it funny

Your much more dedicated than I could be under the circumstances

Oh it is funny!!!!! You should hear me trying to pronounce these names. I can't even get Smith down right!!!! Then you should hear me with the script I was given.

So far, I've had more laughs than hang ups, so I guess it's not too bad.

I've always worked while doing steroids.

I work in an insurance office. Always on the phone. And it is insurance so sometimes deal with angry people. Just picture that scene

I can not imagine working while on steroids!!

I can't think straight, swell up like a balloon and am mean and nastier than I usually am!!
Scary scene huh??

Kudos to you who manage work, family, chores and the whole thing. As a retired old lady I really have it pretty good now but I wonder...

How on earth did I manage to get it all done because now that I look back I don't see how I did it??

Git er done!!

I'm very sorry if YOU called ME.

You'll know if you talked to somebody who's replies made NO sense whatsoever.

I've been doing little doses of steroids since Thanksgiving. And I didn't make much sense before that started.

"They'll probably vote a whole different party after talking to me"

Hmmmm, you could just pretend you're calling from the oppositions campaign.

LOL! I was just going to ask, "What campaign are you calling for?!" They might want to reconsider.
