Twink, I am so sorry for all your "stumbles". What an adventure you have to talk about! You are such a trooper for hanging in there for the rest of your vaca.

I am thinking about you and hope you have no more falls. :thud: If so, I'll be there (in spirit) to help you up!

Hi everyone! Thanks for your cheery wishes.

I finally made it back home last night: a couple days early.

Will have surgery Monday. Must travel 2 hours to get there. DH is out of town on biz, so our DS will drive me.

Am learning how to get up and down our stairs using crutches. Kitchen and computer upstairs, bedroom and TV room downstairs.

At least my MS hasn't flared up. Wrists are taking a beating using the crutches, but hands still work. Whew! I feel for those of you who must struggle every day to accomplish the simplest of tasks. Blessings to you all!

A hammock, huh? Would have been great in the Caribbean, but Utah is still danged cold! Brrrrrr!

Re-reading your posts -- you guys are hilarious! Thanks for the smiles!

Twink I'm just catching up on your trip

I'm so sorry for the mishap. I guess I passed the cast to you. Now who are you passing the cast to?

I went to Hell about 20 years ago. I hope it is my only trip to Hell.

Hope you are feeling better and your bones heal quickly.

I bet a lot of us have great stories about our own trips to hell, mine involves a rented RV, me very pregnant, 2 little kids and all of us having a REALLY bad stomach bug that lasted a full week. :Noooo: We ended up throwing away a lot of bedding.
