Talking Cane, Trifocals, and hearing aide!

Now most 43 year olds would not like to be proud of those 3 things!!! Cane - I am SO proud of, because it means I am no longer wheelchair or walker bound! Yes, ma'am give me that CANE!!!

Trifocals....I fought the bifocals so long that I went from single vision to tri! BUT they look like single vision! And I can SEE!!! YIPPEEE!!!

The hearing aide....a new addition as of today....years, I mean YEARS have gone by with my friends and nonfriends complaining about how loud I speak and how I ask to repeat over and over! Well, ladies and gentlemen, this bird can now hear all the chirps on her left side as well as her right!!!

Yes, a 43 year old should feel old and lame with all these fancy medical devices that are pretty much marketed to the "oldies", but I am so EXCITED to be able to have all these things so I can see, hear, and walk!!!

I am so happy today with my new hearing that you think I had bought a new car or something!!!!

(I just thought I'd share my excitement!)
