That's wonderful news Chris. It does take time to get your strength back, be sure and pace yourself. Enjoy your weekend!

Thank you, Corny. How are you feeling? Happy Easter to you, and enjoy this beautiful weekend (at least it is here. I can send you some sun if it isn't where you are.). Thank you for your good wishes.

All the best,
Chris

I'm doing fine. Getting used to this walking cast. It's day 4, 10 more to go.

My nephews son was born today, 7lb 13oz. It officially makes me a Great Aunt.

He was due Monday, but didn't want to leave his comfort zone. They induced labor Thurs nite and this morning after he stayed distressed, they did a c-section. His name is Andrew Tristan and his nickname is Tigger. My sister wants him to be a Tigger, not an Eeyore.

My sisters and I are planning a road trip to Iowa to visit in late April. We will have a "shower" for her then. Hopefully I will finish the baby blanket I've been crocheting for 3 months by then.

A snow storm is heading our way, they are saying 4-8 inches. So if you wouldn't mind, I'd sure appreciate some sunshine if you can spare it. Thanks in advance.

Poor Chrappy, honey, you fell all the way down to page 4! I guess that now you're feeling better and have your life back, us gimpy types can only dream.

No! That's not it at all, Cindy. I am so tired everyday when I get in from work, and on my days off that all I've been able to do is sleep. I'm so angry. I don't know if I should have waited another week to go back or if something else is going on. Yesterday, I got home at 5:15, crawled into bed for a short nap, and didn't awaken until after midnight!

I think I've scared Michael out of his wits, so he's made reservations at a Bed and Breakfast not too far from here, and we're leaving tomorrow after he gets in from the office. I'm planning on packing a few books, and staying in bed the entire time we're gone. This has gone on long enough. It's so lovely here this time of year, and I can't even enjoy it because I can't keep my eyes open.

How is everyone else doing? I was going to stop in earlier this morning, but it took all my energy to do a load of laundry to get ready for the weekend. Have I mentioned lately how much I HATE MS?????? I honestly don't know how much longer I'm going to be able to work if things don't improve A LOT soon, and that has me quite down.

Oh, nuts, Chris. I'm sorry this is beating you up like this. I do understand what you're talking about and can really empathize with all of it (except the awful husband who takes you to a lovely B&B just to rest).

I sure hope this rest time will give you back some of your energy.

I hope your wkend away is just what the Dr ordered, Chris. If I find any extra energy, I'll send it your way. I think this Winter has been the worst ever.

Have a good, restful wkend and hope you feel better soon.

Thank you, Cindy. We had a lovely weekend. As it turned out, Michael surprised me and booked us at a very lovely Ritz-Carlton (he had a bunch of points from his credit card), in Midtown Atlanta. We had a suite in what they call the "Club Floor". I only left the room for dinner once, and once to go have a facial and a massage. I felt like I had died and gone to Heaven. The weather here this weekend was cold and rainy, so it was the perfect weekend to stay in bed and relax. There was a wedding at the hotel, and there were a few couples (relatives of the brides) from a town in Michigan, so I thought of you. I don't know if it's close to you, but they were from a town called "GRAND BLANC". They called home on Saturday afternoon and told us it had snowed!

I feel much more revived, and I still have tomorrow off, so I'm lazing around a bit until tomorrow to do the laundry, while Michael is off doing some grocery shopping. I'm going to try it for round 2 this week. The weather is supposed to improve as the week wears on, and I hope my energy levels will too.

Thanks for your thoughts, MaryAnn, Joyce, and Cindy. They are much appreciated.

All the best,
Chris
