I know - isn't it funny who you meet! Well, I did a final count of the money (less what I had put in for "change") and we made exactly $100. I split it with my son Kevin because I could not have pulled it off without all his help. He was up at 6 AM making signs for me and went and put them up at different locations. He set up stuff in the garage and stayed out there with me the whole time we were open. He didn't want to take it but I put it in his wallet and told him I'd get my feelings hurt if he didn't accept it!

That's excellent news. I was wondering how it went, so thanks for letting us know. It's a shame about the rain, but it sounds like you did well anyway.
As the others have said, that was rather good meeting an attorney who knows what he's doing when it comes to SSDI. Congratulations. I think you deserve it.
