Today, my lovely wife showed me a feature on Google Maps that just absolutely floored me. We all know that you can get: aerial images, street maps, topographic maps and Google Earth 3-D images....but did you know that you can actually get an image of your own home....from the street view?
It is as if someone just stood in front of my house and took a picture of it! Amazing! It will be a great tool for my reports, but it is really odd to see your own home from the street. Heck, the image is only 6 months old! -Vic |
