Spending time with my daughter whether we are playing a game, cuddling or reading books together. More recently holding and petting my daughter's guinea pig makes me instantly relax.

I go to hockey games and yell at the refs

Now that we are outta the playoffs, I have to yell at the TV. I have to do it much quieter though, since DD goes to bed early.

I also LOVE music. I love the sound, the rhythm, and the way it makes my body want to move.

I flew a kite with DD at the beach. I had more fun than I thought!

Chalk drawing on the driveway, friends, helping someone who needs me, loving up on my animals ( all 12 of them ), reading, writing poetry and working on my book, and research.

I have lots of outlets, always have. Maybe that is why I am not a high stress person.

In the summer, I have a hammock in the backyard strung between two maple trees. I like to lay in there under the shade of the trees and read, daydream, watch the kids play....
