Default Another Proud Mom here!!

I have to brag just a little .
My daughter will be graduating from college Friday morning with dual Bachelor Degrees in Elementary Education & Psychology with a Certificate in Special Education all with Summa Cum Laude designations!!

She has always said she wanted to be a teacher and now she is!!! Needless to say we are very proud of her!

Now we are praying for NO RAIN, cause the ceremony is scheduled for outdoors and if it rains, her brothers will have to watch the ceremony from a different location, and then try to reconnect after the ceremony to go out for lunch.

I sm so hoping the weather forecast will be wrong!

Congrats to you Risby for raising a college grad! I am sending warm, dry weather thoughts your way! Hopefully the ceremony will be enjoyable for you! You should be so proud the weather is not going to matter. You will be filled with joy!
Enjoy!

All I can think to say is WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We all know teaching DOESNT pay what it should.........so for your daughter to still "want" to become one knowing that....I commend her!!!!

AND to excell in doing so....to "THAT" degree......again I say WOW!!!!!!!!!

Isnt that what we all wish for our youngin's????

Way to go mom and dd.............Proud for you BOTH!!!!!!

(oh yeah I will be prayin for beautiful weather.....my High School grad was outside and we did the same kind of praying for a week before lol....) oh yeah it didnt rain lol....

That's awesome news, Ris! It's always great to hear "Proud Parents" posts. Gives me a lil more hope for our country knowing there are some amazing kids out there trying to make a difference.

Kudo's to you for doing a wonderful job MOM!!!
